Shipping FAQ

  • We aim to process your orders within one working day and orders placed before 2pm with same day delivery. 
  • Orders within Malaysia will be sent via Easy Parcel and could take between 2 - 5 working days if there are no unexpected delays.
  • International orders are also sent via Easy Parcel which take up to 3-12 working days.
  • Please let us know if you’d like your Frankitas to be delivered a lot faster by using immediate Grab Express or Lala delivery within Malaysia and for international orders, we work with TnT, FedEx, DHL or UPS.

 

Return Policies

  • Goods should be returned within 0-8 days of receiving your order.
  • Goods should be in original condition.
  • Return authorization has been approved via email.
  • The shipping cost to return item is payable by the customer.

 

Submitting a Return

  • Please kindly submit your return items to our email franki@frankitas.com
  • Once approved, send the item(s) back to us with a copy of your approval email with your reference number.

Frankitas reserves the right to deny a return if it does not meet our original condition.

Please ensure you use a protective bag and a registered mail to ensure traceability. We will not be responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during return.

Once returned goods is received, we will notify you and refund your items within 7 working days.
